We offer store credit only at this time on packages that are post marked within 14 calendar days from the date your item was delivered. If you need to return something, please ship your item(s) to: 1940 E 16th Street Apt O102, Newport Beach Ca, 92663. You MUST address your package to “Elle Salter -Society Free.” Once we've received your return, you will receive a store credit in the amount paid. Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs, we do not cover shipping.
We will not be able to give you store credit unless you send us the tracking information via email for the items shipped back — email: firstname.lastname@example.org w/the subject “RETURN”
Please include your order number which can be found in your email confirmation.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to process. Once your item(s) are determined to be eligible for return you will receive an email confirmation of the store credit amount. If you do not receive email confirmation within 3-5 business days, please send us an email at email@example.com w/the subject “Store Credit”
If we believe an item has been damaged by the customer, or worn, had tags removed, stained, marked, excessively wrinkled, altered in any way we can not accept the return nor give store credit.
Your store credit does not expire.
Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise or they cannot be returned. We require the damaged item to be returned. Your shipping expense will be reimbursed.

Let us know your order number, the item you are wanting to exchange, as well as the size you currently have and the new size you are wanting to receive
Once we receive your email, we will check to see if your desired size is in stock. We will respond by email within 48 hours to let you know if we have it.
If we are able to exchange your item, you will follow this process: *we do not cover shipping cost*
Ship the items back to our address: 1940 E 16th Street Apt O102, Newport Beach Ca, 92663. You MUST address your package to “Elle Salter - Society Free”.
Respond to our email with the tracking number that you received when shipping back the product. As soon as we receive the tracking number we will ship the new size out within 48 hours and email you with a confirmation.
